Ways To Work With Me
Individual CBT Therapy
Individual therapy offers a structured, collaborative approach focused on helping you better understand the patterns contributing to emotional distress, overwhelm, eating difficulties, self-criticism, or cyclical changes in mood and coping.
The work is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrates nutrition-informed support, psychoeducation, practical tools, and personalised wellbeing strategies where relevant.
Therapy is active and supportive in nature. Alongside sessions, clients may receive tailored resources such as:
CBT worksheets and reflective exercises
psychoeducational materials
emotional regulation and coping techniques
personalised wellbeing toolkits
nutrition guidance to support emotional wellbeing and coping capacity
meal ideas and supportive eating structure guidance where appropriate
practical strategies to use between sessions
The aim is not simply to talk about difficulties, but to help you build greater understanding, flexibility, and confidence in responding to them differently over time.
CBT works best as a structured process rather than a one-off conversation. While therapy length varies depending on individual needs, a minimum of 6 sessions is typically recommended to begin building meaningful understanding and sustainable change.
Format & Fees
Therapy begins with a one-off 90-minute clinical assessment (£120) to allow time to explore your current difficulties, background history, goals, and whether this approach feels like a good fit for your needs.
Ongoing therapy sessions are 50 minutes and currently take place online via secure video platform. They are £70 per session. Weekly sessions are usually recommended initially to help build consistency, momentum, and therapeutic progress.
Group Therapy & Short Programmes
Small, structured CBT-informed group programmes are offered periodically throughout the year.
These programmes focus on areas such as:
emotional regulation
PMDD and cyclical mood
eating patterns and self-criticism
behavioural patterns under stress
building more flexible coping strategies
the relationship between nutrition and mental wellbeing
Groups are psychoeducational and skills-focused, designed to provide structured learning within a supportive and carefully contained environment.
Spaces are intentionally kept small to support reflection, discussion, and psychological safety.
Educational Webinars & Workshops
I offer tailored educational webinars, workshops, and psychoeducational sessions for organisations, workplaces, charities, community groups, and women’s health-focused spaces.
Sessions explore topics such as:
nutrition and mental wellbeing
PMDD and cyclical mood
emotional eating and loss of control around food

self-criticism, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm
